The Effectiveness of Edmodo as E-learning in English Learning Practice Discussion at Indonesia Senior High School

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of use social networking media Edmodo on class discussions practical learning English; and relationship between students’ participation in English. The sample this was 32 students XI 2022/2023 academic year Kebangsaan senior high school Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. an experimental type using a factorial design, where test variable (x1) media, control (x2) without dependent (y1) consisted discussion first simulation English teaching materials (y1), second (y2). results MANOVA proved that forums increase students' participation. As result, there were differences practice material (y2) with those who did not take part (x2).
